When we finally made it to our hotel, the Belvedere, this was the view of Grindelwald and the north face of the Eiger that greeted us from our balcony. We were very impressed with the hotel. The food was most excellent (we ate in the hotel every evening, which is something we generally try not to do) and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend it.
