This was the view from the cablecar station half way up (or down) to (or from) Aguille Rouge. Again, it doesn’t seem to have a name on my hopeless map. We would have liked to walk down from here, but there was still a lot of snow around at this altitude, which would have made following the already tough to follow trails even tougher. So we just got the Varet cablecar back down to Arc 2000.
