They’ve built a hotel since we were here last. Due to the excellent visibility at this altitude, they had the foresight to stick a couple of observatories on the roof. Although it doesn’t show up well in this photo, the roof of the hotel is made of copper.
The ever-present Matterhorn can be seen in the distance.
