I've been to the restaurant Fluealp many times over the years, but I'd never ventured past it. Until today.
On the left is the lower slope of Oberrothorn. On the right is the moraine of the Findelngletscher. The trail was headed straight up the small valley that's been created between the two, to the point where they converge, about a mile ahead.
