On the ridge, whilst I was taking some photos, a passing elderly gentleman said something to me in German and pointed towards the mountain. I thought he was asking if I was on my way up, so I nodded, at which point he walked over and grabbed my camera. Apparently he was asking if I wanted my photo taking. He’s done a pretty good job too. Danke Herr.
