After leaving Grouse Mountain we decide to head in the direction of the airport. We drive through the University of British Columbia, which is very impressive and the size of a large city. Between the University and the coast is the Marine Drive Foreshore Park, where we stop to take this photo. On the beach you can see many, many rafts of logs. No idea why they choose to store them here.
