I take the cable car back down to the winterwanderweg at Blauherd and set off for the restaurant at Fluhalp, which you can see in the distance in this photo (in the right foreground). Fluhalp is only about a hundred feet above Blauherd, although the trail falls a few hundred feet before climbing back up, so it's still a moderately challenging walk.
