We head inland to the Reserva Nacional de Saja and wind our way up into the foothills of the Picos de Europa. The road climbs to a height of around 5,000 feet, which is where this photo was taken. As scenic as it is, it's necessary to pay extra attention to the road ahead as there are lots of cattle wandering unrestricted. You often come round a sharp bend to find a few animals standing in the road or meandering across it.
