Finally reach our Friday night accommodation - the Digby Pines hotel in Digby, home of the "world famous" Digby scallop fleet. The hotel is built on a hillside overlooking the Annapolis Basin and it has a fantastic restaurant. Needless to say, I had Digby scallops for dinner.
