Today we've booked a trip on the Kroderbanen Railway. The railway is run by enthusiasts, who collect and carefully restore old engines and rolling stock and appear to have quite an extensive collection. The line is 16 miles long and travels through some very scenic countryside. There's one tunnel on the line, which the enthusiasts made themselves using a big pipe that they covered with earth, because they felt that a proper Norwegian railway needed to have at least one tunnel.
