Next door they've got racks of cheese maturing. They've got samples of a few different types of cheese out and they're really nice. I'm very tempted to buy some, except a) I've still got that big bag of Belgian chocolates that I bought yesterday to eat, and b) there's no shortage of food on the ship, so it's difficult to see where I'll make time/space for a wheel of lovely, fresh Dutch cheese. Shame.
