Saturday - Woken up just before 8am by dozens of cows taking up residence on the meadow in front of the hotel. Every one of them has one of those big, clanging bells around its neck. Good job we're leaving today. I don't fancy being woken at 4am tomorrow when they start munching the grass (assuming that they don't munch right through the night).
