About two seconds after I took this shot of Judith (you can just see her above the sea-level gate), I got unexpectedly swamped by a very large wave breaking over the sea wall. My thanks to Sony for making a camera sufficiently robust that it (seems to have) survived a brief submersion in sea water. Coincidentally, a couple of hours later, I accidentally dropped my camera onto a stone-tiled floor from a height of about three feet, and it seems to have survived that negligent abuse unscathed too. Well done Sony.
