One of my things-to-do this week is to try out my new ND10 filter, which allows photos to be taken using very slow shutter speeds even in bright sunlight. As you can see from this photo, taken on the rocky shore near our hotel, the 4-second shutter speed creates an interesting mist-like effect with waves.
