I've heard loads of marmots over the last few days and I've even seen a few from a distance, but this was the first time I managed to get close enough to take a photo of one. I did try to creep a bit closer, but it was having none of it and disappeared down a hole. Doh!
The rest of the walk back to the hotel was uneventful.
