I also passed this feature on the mountain bike trail. I think the idea of this one is to hurtle in from the right, launch from one of the curved ramps, catch some air and land in a controlled manner on the ramp on the left. It's a shame I didn't get to see anyone do that.
Anyway, I make it safely back to the hotel, where we have a beer before going out for dinner because the hotel's restaurant is closed tonight. However, this does afford Judith the opportunity to get a cheese fondue in, which is an essential aspect of any alpine holiday as far as she's concerned.
