Friday - We went for a drive down highway 1a to see if it was as scenic as it looked like it might be on the map. It wasn't. But I suppose the industrial areas that generate wealth and prosperity have to be somewhere. So we cut across onto highway 40 and headed back into Kananaskis Country.
Although we'd had pretty much clear blue skies all week, on this day it was very overcast.
