Having filled the Yukon with unleaded and ourselves with a variety of delicious goods from Laggan's Mountain Bakery, we drove up to the Lake Louise ski resort, where we purchased a ticket to ride to the top of the Grizzly Bear gondola.
I get the impression that not many people go up just for the view because there is absolutely nothing at the top and the view isn't that good either. I managed to get this shot of Lake Louise itself in the distance before we hopped back on for the ride down. You can just make out the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in the bottom right of the photo.
