A short while later we arrived at our home for the next couple of days - the Banff Park Lodge Resort Hotel. Slightly annoyingly, our Yukon was too tall to fit through the 6'1" entrance to the hotel's two acre, heated underground car park, so we had to leave it to freeze out on the street.
After unpacking, we managed to make it to the Elk and Oarsman for a pint and some dinner before flaking out for the day.
