Apparently there’s a growing trend for mountain bikers to want to ride all year round, regardless of the snow on the trails. So they’ve invented these super-sized bikes. Although it’s not entirely clear from the photo, the tyres on these bikes are much, much wider than normal mountain bike tyres - probably about 4 inches wide. It would have been nice to have been around for long enough to have had a go on one of these. Maybe next year.
