This massive crow was hanging about in the car park at the Athabasca Glacier. I have no idea how it survives here because there doesn’t appear to be anything here apart from snow, ice and rocks. Maybe passing tourists feed it, despite the signs saying it is illegal to feed the wildlife.
Incidentally, it’s quite tricky photographing a very black crow against a snowy white background.
