This appears to be the Brugges equivalent of a kebab. And it looked absolutely fantastic by the time I was on my way back to the hotel. A generous helping of frites, topped with tomato ketchup, mayonnaise and, mmmm, onions. Does it get any better than this? I don’t think it does.
