As our usual haunt, the Novotel, was fully booked, Judith decided to go bonkers and book us into the Kempinski Dukes Palace Hotel - “Brugge’s only luxury 5-star hotel” according to their web site. And very nice it was too. This is the garden of the Hotel. Very peaceful and secluded considering that it’s right in the middle of Brugge.
