Jurassic Coast It was another sunny January weekend, so we thought we’d have another trip down to the Jurassic Coast. We spent the night at the lovely Morton’s House Hotel in Corfe Castle before driving down to the coast the following morning.
Kimmeridge Bay We arrived on the coast at Kimmeridge fairly late on Saturday afternoon. It was quite overcast, but that doesn't seem to present much of a photo obstacle for the Photomatix HDR software.
Kimmeridge Bay
Kimmeridge I was also trying out my new ND10 filter, which seems to be working nicely. You can just about make out Portland Bill on the horizon (about a third of the way in from the right).

Lulworth Cove Sunday - We were up fairly early to drive down to Lulworth Cove before it got too rammed with (other) tourists. This photo was looking back towards Lulworth Cove from the coastal path to Durdle Door.
Jurassic Coast I think this is one of the nicest views along this stretch of coast.
Durdle Door In another hour-and-a-half this beach would be stuffed with people.
Durdle Door As the sea was quite choppy, I was hoping to take a few ND10 photos to smooth the waves. But it was so incredibly windy that the camera was shaking too much even on a tripod to allow for any long exposure shots. Doh!
